Andreas and Nikos are the creative minds and passionate souls behind Kima restaurant.
In 2014, they introduced modern Greek food to London’s dining scene with their restaurant OPSO in Marylebone. In the years to follow, they expanded their ventures with the opening of INO and Pittabun. Each restaurant reflects a unique aspect of Modern Greek Gastronomy.
They are also the founders and directors of Consulting Horeca, a company that provides worldwide consultancy services in the hospitality industry.
Andreas, with a successful background in investment banking, leads the businesses and Nikos, awarded with 2 Michelin stars, is the Executive Chef of the restaurants. Both are actively involved with the day-to-day operations, concept development and business expansion.
