FOUNDERS
Andreas and Nikos are the creative minds and passionate souls behind Kima restaurant.
In 2014 they opened OPSO in Marylebone, one of the first restaurants to introduce, outside of Greece, the innovative wave of modern Greek cuisine.
Nikos was awarded with 2 Michelin Stars for pioneering the Avant-Garde Greek Cuisine at his restaurant Funky Gourmet, in Athens between 2009 and 2019.
Andreas, with a successful background in investment banking, over the past decade leads the business operations, and Nikos, is the Executive Chef of the restaurants.
Together, they are founders and directors of Consulting Horeca, offering global consultancy services in hospitality.
